Payments can be made directly through your bank account using supported net banking facilities from major Indian banks.

4. Mobile Wallets
Where available, customers may also use supported digital wallets for completing their orders.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected products, locations, and orders, subject to our applicable terms and conditions.

Payment Security

All online payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. We do not store your complete debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, CVV, or net banking credentials on our servers.

Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation. Your order will be processed after successful verification of the payment.

If a payment is deducted from your account but the order is not confirmed, please contact our customer support team with your order details and payment transaction/reference number.

Failed or Pending Payments

If your payment shows as failed or pending, please do not make multiple payments immediately. Allow some time for the transaction status to update. In case the amount has been deducted but the order remains unsuccessful, the amount will be handled according to the payment gateway and banking process.

Refunds

If an order is cancelled or a refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction, subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable banking/payment gateway timelines.
