The IND FIRST CHOICE Electric Tamping Rammer is designed for soil compaction during construction and groundwork preparation. Powered by a 3 HP single-phase motor, it delivers a stated impact force of 15 kN through repeated tamping action.
With a machine weight of 80 kg, this rammer is suitable for compaction work in trenches, around foundations and in confined areas where access for larger compaction equipment is limited. It can be used for soil and suitable backfill compaction, with results depending on the material, moisture content, layer thickness and operating method.
The electric motor allows operation from a compatible single-phase power connection without petrol refuelling. It is a practical option for contractors carrying out groundwork at sites with suitable electrical access.
